Overall, when I look at retrospectively, The Witcher 3, with all the upgrades and improvements over the last year, plus 2 absolutely amazing DLC's has become one of the best games, not just in the RPG genre, but overall and in time it will be ranked among the legends. after quite a long break since the last time I played TW3 I didn't really want to go back, but this world and characters absorbed me once again and I don't want to leave now, which is the best thing the game can give you. Blood and Wine still has a good main story, but the main draw of this DLC imo is everything else, beautiful location, exploring, all the side quests and activities you can do, having your own house, legendary new items, new mutation tree, once again amazing soundtrack. While Hearts of Stone focused on the main story, but the sauce around it wasn't anything special, this is just the opposite.
I wouldn't even call it a DLC, because I spent over 50 hours playing through all the content which is massive and more than many regular games can offer for a full price. The Witcher 3 was amazing game at release, but it had some problems, however, CDPR kept fixing and improving to the point of perfection, then The Witcher 3 was amazing game at release, but it had some problems, however, CDPR kept fixing and improving to the point of perfection, then released exceptional DLC Hearts Of Stone with one of the best story lines ever and now closing the chapter with this beautiful adventure. If you have enjoyed Wild Hunt and Hearts of Stone, you must not miss out on this. There are new mutations, Gwent cards, a whole bunch of new and exciting things a Witcher fan may dream of. If you are a fan of Witcher gear then your mastercrafted items will be getting the Grandmaster upgrade. Scrpt and voice acting are phenomenal as ever. Story seems exciting so far with great new characters and monsters. I had to stop every two minutes to enjoy the atmosphere. With this assessment, the The Witcher 3 has overcome remarkable and influential titles such as Portal, Counter-Strike and the original.
Just over a year after its release ( or more ), The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has become the highest rated PC game on Metacritic with an average of 9.3. The new map of Toussaint is as big as Skellige, full of colors, and minus the annoying contours. The Witcher 3 is now the highest rated PC game on Metacritic. Wild Hunt's interface was my favorite among RPGs. This is at a much larger scale with a new map and the game itself got impressive upgrades.
